CWAI Terms of Use

By using CWAI, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

  • Users must be 13+, By registering for an account, you confirm that you are 13 years or older and agree to CWAI’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  • Accounts under 13 are deleted promptly
  • Users must have legal capacity to enter contracts

2. Account Registration

  • Valid email and phone number required
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Notify immediately of unauthorised access

3. User-Generated Content

  • Ownership: Users retain ownership
  • License: As per Privacy Policy – sell as-is, products, internal use, analytics
  • Revocation: Only for content not used in delivered products
  • Manual moderation; contest via support@customisewithai.com
  • Responsibility: Must not infringe third-party rights

4. Orders & Payments

  • Stripe processes payments; Printful fulfills orders
  • Orders with infringing/copyrighted content may be rejected without refund
  • Taxes and duties are the user's responsibility

5. Intellectual Property

  • All CWAI platform IP is owned/licensed by CWAI
  • No commercial use without permission

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Governed by Privacy Policy
  • Users consent to lawful processing by CWAI and third-party providers

7. User Conduct

  • Do not use platform illegally
  • Do not submit offensive or harmful content
  • Do not attempt unauthorised access

8. Cookies / Tracking

  • Website Analytics – to understand website performance, user behavior, and enhance user experience
  • reCAPTCHA collects IP/device info (consent obtained)

9. Liability

  • Minor variations, defects, or differences between submitted designs and the final product do not constitute a breach
  • CWAI’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service or order
  • This limitation does not exclude liability required by law
  • Does not cover GDPR-required deletions or notifications

10. Termination

  • Accounts may be suspended/terminated for breaches
  • Deletion per Privacy Policy and data retention rules
